Louisville Halloween Parade & Festival.Saturday, Oct. 6. Festival is located on Baxter Avenue between Highland and Winter avenues, noon-9 p.m.; parade starts at the corner of Baxter Avenue and Broadway, proceeds down Baxter Ave. to Bardstown Road and ends at Mid-City Mall, 6 p.m. Festival features live entertainment throughout the day, craft booths, costume contest, face painting, pumpkin rolling race, haunted bus, vendors and more.
