Earlier this year we’ve launched our new eco-friendly cleaning sollution Vegatex. The first 100% bio-based dust cloth. There are many dust cloths on the market, most made of plastic and impregnated with mineral oil. This isn’t very sustainable, which is why we wanted to change things around.
With Vegatex we’ve created a plastic-free eco-friendly cleaning solution. Made of 100% biological materials, and with a unique plant-based impregnation. Why should you start using Vegatex?
There are a lot of advantaged in the use of Vegatex. We’ve listed the most important ones down below.
Eco-friendly
This dust cloth is 100% plastic-free. Infused with a unique plant-based impregnation. The packaging is plastic-free (TUV certified) and home compostable. The boxes are made with recycled fibers and the tape is made of paper. Vegatex can hold a lot of dust. You won’t need as much material, using less is more sustainable.

Effective
The unique plant-based impregnation makes sure to hold on to dust and dirt particles. Instead of moving those particles around and risking dust particles flying up into the air. This results in a cleaner surface and environment.

The use of Vegatex helps reduce allergens in the air. Vegatex effectively traps and holds the dust. Giving you the ability to remove the dust from the environment completely. Less dust will be spread around the environment, leading to a cleaner air condition. Dust will have less chance to fly up and spread in the air. This is very important in areas where good air quality is crucial.
Easy to use
Vegatex dust cloths are easy to use. Also, a far more ergonomic cleaning option in comparison to often heavy vacuum cleaners. Another plus, there is no need for electricity. Vegatex can be handled more easily, and in areas where there are no electrical sockets.

In comparison to vacuum cleaning, you will be able to work about twice as fast. There is little preparation time needed, just attach Vegatex to the frame on your handle, and you can start. Which tools do you need with Vegatex?
Ergonomic telescopic handle
This ergonomic telescope handle can be used with different kinds of frames. You can easily adjust the length, and the handle is light and ergonomic. The grip makes sure that your hands can rest, which unburdens your arm during cleaning. It decreases the power that is needed to move the handle. The anti-slip globe ensures great and easy grip. Finally, the handle is made of strong and long-lasting materials.
Dust mop foam frame
This shock-proof dust mop frame is perfect to use with the foam sole (read more on that below). We designed the frame to be used with our single-use dust cloths.
Foam sole
You can easily attach this flexible but durable foam sole to the frame. It has a unique wave structure which gives the perfect pressure for cleaning even and uneven floors. The special wave structure ensures the most optimal dust pick-up in combination with a dust cloth. The cloth and foam sole collect dust, wave after wave. Until the dust cloth has reached its maximum capacity.

The plant-based impregnation
Vegatex consists of a plant-based impregnation to which dust and dirt particles will stick. As mentioned before, it holds dust to be removed completely from the environment. The impregnation is absorbed deep into the dust cloth. This way Vegatex feels a little drier to the touch. The plant-based impregnation is activated upon use, with the pressure that is needed to move the handle. The dust will stick to the cloth, like a magnet to a fridge. But Vegatex won’t leave any impregnation streaks on the floor. And as a bonus, the cloth feels soft to the touch and won’t leave you with greasy hands.
